The CryoPen is the effective and controlled destruction of unwanted tissue by the precise application of extreme cold. The treatment is usually painless or with some mild or slight discomfort and can be completed in a short appointment of approximately 10-15 minutes. Follow up appointments may be required depending on the size and type of skin condition being treated. Dr Platon cold (non-thermal) atmospheric plasma pen employs breakthrough plasma shower technology. It is one of the gentlest ways to treat problematic skin conditions and is especially effective for teenage and adult acne. It can be used on the face and body as well as age management treatments. There are three variations of this treatment that are designed to target different skin conditions. These can be used as a one off treatment, an add on treatment or as the recommended course of five treatments. How does cold plasma work? Plasma shower technology transforms the main gases in the air between the device tip and the patients skin – mainly Oxygen and Nitrogen to cold plasma.
