1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Renew Medical Aesthetics (also known as RMA) website and services. By accessing our site, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

RMA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By agreeing to our terms of service you must be over the age of 18 or have written permission for a parent or guardian to use this service.

1. Website Terms of Use 2.1 The content of this website is for general information purposes only and may be subject to change without notice. 2.2 Unauthorised use of the website, including copying or reproduction of content, is strictly prohibited. 2.3 Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Renew Medical Aesthetics. The user is responsible to protect himself/herself while associating with the linked site. RMA, and its officers, directors, affiliates, employees and contractors disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for content contained on such linked sites and will not be held accountable for any damages, of any kind, incurred by those who visit such sites.

2. Appointments and Cancellations 3.1 All appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability. 3.2 Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of £30. 3.3 Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and treated as a no-show.

3. Services and Payments 4.1 RMA uses only professionally sourced, medical-grade, and genuine branded products (e.g., Azzalure®, Belotero®, Profhilo®, etc.) for aesthetic treatments. While these products are approved by relevant health authorities (e.g., FDA, CE-marked), they are manufactured by third-party companies. RMA is not liable for adverse reactions, defects, or failure of the product itself. Product-specific risks and side effects are disclosed prior to treatment, and it is the client’s responsibility to ask questions and ensure they understand these risks. 4.2 RMA is responsible for ensuring that treatments are performed with appropriate care and skill, in a clean and safe clinical environment and by a trained and qualified practitioner. 4.3 Services provided are subject to consultation and availability. 4.4 Payments can be made via debit/credit cards or bank transfer. Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless a payment plan is agreed with RMA in advance. 4.5 Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed appointments.

1. Refunds and Returns 5.1 Cosmetic treatment costs are non-refundable. 5.2 Cosmetic products purchased are non-refundable unless proven faulty. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days.

2. RMA Skin Club Terms 6.1 Membership is subject to these Terms and may be amended from time to time. 6.2 Your RMA Skin Club proposal and pricing are valid for a period of 3 months from the date sent. 6.3 Whilst RMA gift vouchers and RMA Refer a friend can be redeemed against Skin Club, other discounts such as RMA scratch cards and Birthday vouchers cannot be applied to this service. 6.4 Membership discounts apply only to the specified treatments and cannot be transferred. 6.5 Cancellation of membership requires at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date. 6.6 Upon cancellation, any unused treatments or benefits are forfeited.

3. RMA Discounts and Offers 7.1 All discounts and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice. 7.2 Offers are only valid for bookings made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively. 7.3 Discounts and offers are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other products or services unless specifically stated.7.4 Only one promotional offer or discount can be applied per transaction or appointment unless otherwise stated. 7.5 Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards. 7.6 All offers are valid only for the time period specified. Bookings or treatments must be made within this period to qualify for the discount. 7.7 All treatments, including those purchased as part of a discount or offer, are subject to consultation and clinical suitability. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable after consultation, an alternative may be offered or a refund issued at the clinic’s discretion. 7.8 Offers apply only to the specified treatment(s) or package(s) and cannot be substituted or modified unless agreed in writing by the clinic.

4. RMA Refer a Friend 8.1 A £20 credit will be applied to your account when referring a friend. This can be redeemed on your next treatment. 8.2 This cannot be redeemed on products. 8.3 The referred patient must not have had a treatment at clinic before. 8.4 There is no limit to how many people a patient can refer, but the offer cannot be accumulated on a single treatment. 8.5 There is no time limit on this offer. 8.6 RMA reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any point. 8.7 RMA reserves the right to not honour the offer if it is being taken advantage of.

5. Liability and Warranties 9.1 Treatments are performed by trained professionals following industry standards. 9.2 Results may vary, and no guarantees are given. 9.3 We are not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.9.4 We may remove this service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

6. Force Majeure Not withstanding any other provision set forth in these terms and conditions, RMA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in its performance due to any cause beyond our reasonable control;, including, without limitation, any act of war or civil insurrection, national emergencies, acts of God, fore, explosion, vandalism, storm, earthquake, flood, embargo, riot, sabotage, industry wide strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or other labour difficulties, industry wide supplier failures, unavailability of materials, rights of way or government acts; provided, however that RMA shall attempt to correct promptly such failure or delay in performance to the extent practicable and consistent with then applicable law and regulatory requirements.

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renew Medical Aesthetics, its officers, directors, its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions;

• Your use of or access to any services, treatments, or products provided by Renew Medical Aesthetics (RMA);

• Any misrepresentation or false information provided by you;

• Any failure to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant information prior to treatment;

• Any act or omission by you that results in injury, harm, or damage to yourself or others while using our services.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your relationship with RMA and your use of our services.

2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
